I might use the apricots to make a crisp. We ate the fiddle heads for dinner today with chicken and stuffing. Yum!

The first picture is a mixture of sun dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, olive oil, oregano, and basil. This is one of my mother’s favorite things to make and eat. It is also so satisfying to finally use some of the herbs from the herb garden in our cooking.
