Apricot Crisp

I made apricot crisp this morning. This is my first time trying apricots. You would think I would have at some point before but it just never happened. I modified the recipe by using gluten free flour and gluten free oatmeal because my mom can’t digest gluten. My mom just had some and said it was good and tart. I have quite happy with how it turned out.
