In One Moment

In One Moment

In these moments
touch opens itself.
A river in me slows.
A pure oneness
with ordinary
little details
send tingles
of a light essence
a Victorian romance
a soft piano
a sigh of summer’s end.
All this in one crack
in white paint
in the squirrel outside.
How no one else notices
I will never understand.
I thank the divine
for letting me peak
for slowing the rush
of time.
